Our Wills & Estates team is one of the largest in Australia (including 7 Accredited Specialists) and was ranked as a First Tier Law Firm in both categories of Wills & Estates in the 2023 and 2024 Doyles’ Guide and the only First Tier Estate Litigation team in Victoria in 2024.

About the role
This is no ordinary Wills & Estates role. You will work closely with accredited specialists, Lachlan McKenzie, James Dimond & Max Ezerins, and be focusing on resolving disputes relating to wills, trusts, estates and elder financial abuse and assisting families to transition wealth to the next generation in estate administration matters.
Your clients will include individuals, independent administrators, trustee companies and charities.
About you
You will be a talented Wills & Estates lawyer with at least 2 years’ PAE and a desire to specialise and to develop your profile in this area. We would value demonstrated experience in relation to estate litigation, administration and VCAT guardianship matters.
