As a casual People & Culture Administrator, you will support our People & Culture team by providing administrative assistance in a variety of people related functions. This flexible role is ideal for someone with a background in general administration, a passion for people, or someone currently studying Human Resources (HR). You will work approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, allowing for a great work-life balance while gaining valuable experience in People & Culture.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth process for all new hires and leavers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare documentation.
- Assist with queries, including managing the HR email inbox and providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
- Help organise, coordinate and record employee training, CPD points and development activities.
- Collate People & Culture reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Support the recruitment process by collating resumes, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Help maintain and update People & Culture policies and procedures in line with current legislation.

About you:
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented individual with the following skills and experience:
- A background in general administration or office support (previous experience working in HR is desired, but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- People focused and committed to providing excellent service to employees at all levels.
- A basic understanding of HR practices or a keen interest in pursuing a career in People & Culture.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech savvy, with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
