  • Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and conduct of litigation, including attending court hearings and mediations.
  • Liaise directly with clients and other external stakeholders to provide clear and strategic advice.
  • Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with developments in commercial litigation.
  • Support senior lawyers and partners in the management of complex cases.
  • Contribute to business development activities and firm-wide initiatives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1-2 years post-qualification experience in commercial disputes, gained from a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial litigation, including an understanding of key legal principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-focused approach with an interest in building relationships and developing a commercial understanding of client needs.
  • A team-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work independently when required.
