An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Moores Business Operations team on a part time, permanent basis, 3 days per week.

About the role
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with accounting functions in the firm including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Disbursements
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with EOM and EOFY tasks
- Reconciliations of credit card/debit card, bank and general ledgers
- Adhoc reporting
- General accounts queries and other accounting duties as required.
There is scope for growth in the role working within a supportive team.
About you
The person we are looking for will have undertaken accounts payable and receivable tasks in previous roles and may have even been exposed to other accounting functions. Experience in trust accounting would be highly regarded.
You will have 2+ years accounts experience, ideally in a professional services environment and be confident working in accounting software packages including Excel.
Your communication skills and eye for detail coupled with your ability to organise, work within a team and time manage will ensure success.
